as the seller (in case of a service contract also as the provider)
and a natural or legal person concluding a contract within their own business, manufacturing or similar activity, or in the independent exercise of their profession,
as the buyer (in case of a service contract also as the recipient)
both hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Contracting Parties.”
These Terms and Conditions, except for provisions regulating the use of means of distance communication, shall apply accordingly also to contracts concluded in the simultaneous presence of the Contracting Parties.
- Introductory Provisions
1.1. The Terms and Conditions define and specify the basic rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties when concluding a purchase contract, a service contract or other contracts listed herein (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Contract”) through the web interface.
1.2. By the purchase contract, the seller undertakes to deliver the goods specified in the order to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay the purchase price specified in the order. Goods shall mean in particular new or refurbished parts for passenger and commercial vehicles, agricultural, forestry and construction machinery, and boats (also referred to as “parts”).
1.3. By the service contract, the provider undertakes to repair the part sent by the recipient, and the recipient undertakes to accept the repaired part and pay the repair price specified in the order. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, repair of the part means activities eliminating defects, damage consequences, or wear effects of the part.
1.4. If the recipient is interested in the fastest possible repair, they may agree with the provider on a solution involving a purchase under the exchange system. The settlement of the price shall then proceed according to these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. Provisions of the Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Contract. Deviating provisions may be agreed upon in the Contract. Such deviations shall take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The seller may amend or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions. The rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties shall always be governed by the wording of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the rights and obligations arose. In matters not regulated herein, the relations between the Contracting Parties shall be governed by legal regulations, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter the “Civil Code”).
1.6. The Contract and the Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the Czech language. The Contract may be concluded in the Czech language unless the Contracting Parties expressly agree on a different language.
1.7. These Terms and Conditions apply to buyers who are entrepreneurs and legal entities. They do not apply to contracts concluded with consumers; such contracts are governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Retail.
1.8. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions. - Order and Conclusion of Contract
2.1. Orders for goods or services can be placed using means of distance communication, especially through the online store, by telephone, or by e-mail.
2.2. Upon request by the seller, the buyer is obliged to prove that they are an entrepreneur by sending a copy of their trade license or other authorization or an extract from the commercial register to the seller’s contact e-mail.
2.3. The seller is not obliged to confirm the received order. An unconfirmed order is not binding for the seller. The seller may verify the order if there is doubt about its authenticity or seriousness. The seller may reject an unverified order.
2.4. Within the order, it is possible to choose whether the seller shall purchase used or damaged parts from the buyer. The collection of such parts may be subject to a fee according to the price list.
2.5. The Contract is concluded upon the buyer receiving the seller’s acceptance of the order. The acceptance will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order. If no acceptance is received, the Contract is concluded upon the buyer taking delivery of the ordered goods, the provision of the service, or the buyer making payment for the goods or services (whichever occurs first).
2.6. The customer acknowledges that delivery, billing, and company data are binding and cannot be changed after the order is submitted. After order submission, all customer data are considered final and immutable for the given order.
2.7. If the buyer cancels the order, the seller is entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the goods or services. If the order is canceled after shipment, the buyer may be required to reimburse costs related to shipping and return of the goods. - Delivery Terms
3.1. The seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the buyer in an agreed manner, properly packaged, and equipped with the necessary documents. Necessary instructions include, in particular, user manuals, certificates, and other documents essential for acceptance and use of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, documents are provided in the Czech language. Certificates proving output testing values, calibration, and other service actions may be in English.
3.2. By agreement of the Contracting Parties, the seller may arrange transport and insurance of the goods during transport for the buyer. The buyer shall pay the transport and insurance costs according to the carrier’s current tariff. Delivery to the first carrier shall be deemed delivery to the buyer. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
3.3. Delivery time depends on availability and the chosen method of payment and transport.
3.4. If repeated or alternate delivery is necessary due to the buyer’s reasons, the buyer is obliged to pay the associated costs.
3.5. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must check the integrity of the packaging and immediately report any defects to the carrier. A protocol on defects shall be drawn up. If no protocol is drawn, the buyer loses claims arising from damaged packaging.
3.6. Immediately after receipt, the buyer must check the goods, especially quantity and completeness. Any discrepancies must be reported to the seller without undue delay, but no later than 2 business days after receipt. Detected defects must be properly documented and sent to the seller together with the notification. - Provision of Service
4.1. Upon receipt of the part, the provider will inspect it to assess the extent of damage. Based on findings, the provider will set the price and time required for repair. If these differ from preliminary data in the order, the recipient will be immediately informed. If the recipient does not agree with any change, they have the right to withdraw from the contract.
4.2. The recipient will be informed upon completion of the repair. The repaired part will be sent as chosen in the order or otherwise agreed. Provisions of Article 3 apply accordingly to sending the repaired part.
4.3. If the full repair price is not paid by the completion date, the provider acquires a lien according to § 1395 et seq. of the Civil Code. The recipient will be informed by e-mail. The provider has the right to compensation for care costs of the retained part.
4.4. If repair is impossible and the recipient leaves the part with the provider, a donation contract is concluded concerning this part. If the recipient requests return, the provider will send it at the recipient’s expense.
4.5. The part can be requested to be sent no later than one month from the notification that the part is not repairable. After this period, the donation contract is considered concluded. - Prices of Goods and Services, Payment Terms
5.1. Prices are listed on the web interface. The seller may grant discounts depending on ordered quantity or previous purchases.
5.2. Prices of used parts depend on global market availability.
5.3. If the recipient sends the used or damaged part after the new part has been sent, the provider will demand payment for the returnable part’s value as stated in the order. Return is conditional on the part meeting criteria enabling further repair. The assessment follows the provider’s assortment conditions. If conditions are met, the value will be returned within 14 days. Otherwise, the value is added to the price of the new or refurbished part and not refunded. The recipient will be informed accordingly.
5.4. The recipient may return a deposited part within 3 months of invoice issuance if the chosen shipping method was DHL Express, GLS, or equivalent express shipping, or personal pickup.
5.5. The recipient may return a deposited part within 6 months of invoice issuance if another shipping method (e.g., Schenker Pallet) was chosen.
5.6. If the used or damaged part is sent before the provider sends the ordered part, no charge for the returnable part’s value applies.
5.7. Pricing of service is based on the defect description provided. If incomplete, inaccurate, or additional defects are found during repair, the provider may change the price, informing the recipient.
5.8. The payment deadline is 14 calendar days from invoice issue. Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
5.9. In case of delayed payment, the seller/provider is entitled to statutory default interest.
5.10. Payment methods and conditions for delivery or service execution are specified in the web interface. - Warranty and Liability
6.1. The seller/provider grants a warranty on delivered goods and services under conditions specified in the warranty certificate or the web interface.
6.2. Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, use contrary to instructions, or unauthorized repairs.
6.3. The seller/provider is liable for defects according to the Civil Code provisions.
6.4. The buyer must notify defects without undue delay, no later than 2 business days after detection.
6.5. The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract regarding goods that have been delivered properly, on time, and without defects. Furthermore, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services.
6.6. Other cases of contract withdrawal are regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
6.7. Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing and, in the case of contracts concluded electronically, also electronically. Withdrawal from the contract becomes effective upon delivery of the withdrawal notice to the other contracting party.
6.8. If a gift was provided together with the goods or services, the gift agreement shall become ineffective upon withdrawal from the contract by either contracting party, and the Buyer shall return the gift together with the returned goods.
- Rights arising from defective performance
7.1. To accept goods into the complaint procedure, the goods must meet the Conditions for Acceptance of Old Parts (“PPSD”), which are available in the CDB system or on the Seller’s website. The goods must also have intact warranty seals, be complete and unassembled, and their components must not be mechanically damaged. If these conditions are not met or the complaint is submitted after the warranty period, the complaint will be rejected by the Seller as unjustified.
7.2. In the case of a complaint, the Buyer is obliged to deliver to the Seller a fully completed complaint form along with the claimed goods, available in the CDB interface or on the Seller’s website. If the complaint form is not submitted to the Seller no later than 3 days after delivery of the goods, the Seller is entitled to reject the complaint as unjustified.
7.3. The Buyer is responsible for properly packaging the claimed goods to prevent possible damage during transport. - Protection of trade secrets and the Seller’s business policy
8.1. During the conclusion and performance of the contract, the Buyer may be provided with information designated as confidential or whose confidentiality arises from their nature. The Buyer undertakes to:
• keep such information confidential;
• not disclose it to any third party without the Seller’s consent;
• not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the contract;
• not use it in any other damaging manner.
8.2. Furthermore, the Buyer undertakes not to make copies of documents provided by the Seller without the Seller’s consent. - Final provisions
9.1. If a relationship related to the use of the web interface or a legal relationship established by the contract contains an international (foreign) element, the contracting parties agree that the relationship shall be governed by Czech law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
9.2. Pursuant to Section 42(5) of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, the submission of signed/stamped corrective tax documents by the customer to our company will no longer be required. Instead, in accordance with the legal requirement of “…effort that can reasonably be required…”, the corrective tax document will be sent to the customer’s email address used during registration on our e-shop. This will fulfill the statutory obligation, and further submission of signed corrective tax documents will no longer be necessary or requested by our company.
9.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable, or becomes so, it shall be replaced by a provision whose meaning most closely approximates the invalid provision. The invalidity, ineffectiveness, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Amendments and supplements to the contract or Terms and Conditions require written form.

These General Terms and Conditions for Retail (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to contracts concluded through the online store of RemanTe located on the web interface http://cdb.remante.com/cs/ (hereinafter referred to as the “web interface”) between the company

as the Seller (or Service Provider)
and You as the Buyer (or Service Recipient)
These Terms and Conditions, with the exception of provisions regulating the use of distance communication means, shall apply equally to any contracts concluded in the simultaneous presence of the contracting parties.
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1. What types of contracts may be concluded through the web interface?
Through the web interface, you may conclude, in particular, a purchase contract or a service agreement, or any other contracts listed herein (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Contract”).
Under a purchase contract, we undertake to deliver to you the goods specified in the order, and you undertake to accept (either in person or from the carrier) and pay us the purchase price stated in the order.
“Goods” are defined as new or refurbished parts for passenger and commercial vehicles, agricultural, forestry and construction machinery, and boats (also referred to as “parts”).
Under a service agreement, we undertake to repair the part you send, and you undertake to accept (in person or from the carrier) the repaired part and pay us the repair price stated in the order. “Repair”, for these Terms and Conditions, means eliminating defects, damage, or wear effects. By concluding the contract, you acknowledge and agree that the repair may be performed by a third party. This does not affect our liability for service quality.
If you require the fastest possible turnaround, we may agree on an exchange-purchase system. Settlement will proceed under these Terms and Conditions.
The purchase price or repair price (hereinafter referred to as the “Price”) includes delivery costs and any fees associated with the chosen payment method. You will always be informed of these charges before finalizing your order.
Ownership of the goods is transferred to you upon full payment, but not before you take possession of the goods.
1.2. Is this a consumer contract?
A consumer contract applies if you are a consumer, i.e., a natural person purchasing outside the scope of your business or profession. Otherwise, this is not a consumer contract and is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Wholesale.
1.3. What special rights do you have as a consumer?
As a consumer, you are entitled to:
- withdraw from a contract concluded by distance communication (e.g., telephone, email, online store) in accordance with Article 6;
- a warranty of at least 24 months for unused or refurbished parts, and 12 months for used parts (claims processed pursuant to the Complaints Procedure);
- pre-contractual information (contained in these Terms and Conditions or on the web interface);
- in the event of a consumer dispute (unresolved amicably), you may submit it for out-of-court resolution to:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority
ADR Department
Štěpánská 15
120 00 Prague 2
Email: adr@coi.cz
Web: adr.coi.cz
You may also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
1.4. Which legal rules govern our legal relationship?
Our relationship is governed by:
- these Terms and Conditions, defining our mutual rights and obligations;
- the Complaints Procedure, which governs how claims are handled;
- Web Interface Terms of Use, covering registration, privacy, content protection, and related matters;
- Assortment Terms, regulating conditions and procedures for returning parts;
- terms and instructions on the web interface, including contract formation;
- your order and its acceptance by us.
Additionally, where not otherwise regulated, the following laws apply:
- Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code;
- Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection (if you are a consumer).
If your residence or seat is outside the Czech Republic or if there is another international element, Czech law nevertheless governs our relationship. If you are a consumer in another EU country with stronger consumer protections, you shall benefit from that stronger protection.
1.5. How do you indicate your agreement to these Terms and Conditions?
By submitting your order and confirming it via the web interface, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; your rights and obligations are governed by the version in effect when they arose.
2. THE CONTRACT
2.1. How do we form the contract?
The web interface lists goods with main attributes and prices inclusive of all taxes, duties, and fees. Service prices are based on the current price list displayed and may vary depending on damage severity. You will be informed of any price change and may withdraw if you do not agree.
Product and service presentations are for information only and do not constitute an offer per § 1732(2) of the Civil Code. To conclude a contract, you must submit an order and we must accept it.
2.2. How do you place an order?
You may order via the web interface, telephone, email, or any other method enabled therein. The order must contain all required information: product or service identification, quantity, payment and delivery method, and your contact and billing data.
You may opt for the exchange system, selling your used or damaged part; such return may be subject to applicable fees.
Before finalizing, you will see an order review with final price, return part value, and associated costs. Please verify details carefully.
Submit the binding order by clicking “Confirm Order” — the provided information is deemed accurate and final. Address and company data are immutable after submission.
You will receive an automated acknowledgment; unless stated otherwise, this does not constitute acceptance.
If we doubt the order’s authenticity or seriousness, we may contact you to verify—and may refuse unverified orders, treating them as not submitted.
2.3. When is the contract concluded?
The contract is concluded when you receive our acceptance email. If no acceptance is sent, the contract is concluded upon full payment or delivery of goods (whichever occurs first). Acceptance may be part of the acknowledgment or provided separately. Technical steps are indicated by the interface.
2.4. Can you cancel an already submitted order?
You may cancel any order not yet accepted (i.e., without our acceptance email) by phone or email. Accepted orders are binding and may only be canceled by mutual agreement. If canceled, and the goods are non-cancellable per Article 6, we may claim reimbursement of costs incurred.
2.5. How is the buy-back value of your used part determined?
Used part prices depend on worldwide availability. If you send the used part before we dispatch the ordered part, no buy-back value is charged — you only pay for the ordered item/service.
If sent afterwards, we will charge the buy-back value stated in the order. To qualify for a refund, the part must meet condition standards enabling repair (see Assortment Terms). If eligible, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
If repairable only with extra costs, these will be deducted from the buy-back value — you will be informed of the amount.
If irreparable and value was applied to the price of a new/refurbished part, no refund is provided — we will inform you accordingly.
If the part is irreparable and left with us, by default it will be deemed donated to us. You may request its return; otherwise the donation is finalized after 1 month from notifying you of irreparability. Return shipping is at your expense.
All used parts must be confirmed either via email by the sales representative or by including the “shipping list” provided with the used parts.
The deadline for sending the used part to qualify for a refund is 3 months from delivery of your ordered part.
Shipping list available at: https://shop.remante.com/files/shipping_list_en.pdf
2.6. Can prices shown on the web interface change?
Prices (goods, packaging, shipping, delivery) remain valid while displayed. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
Repair pricing is based on your damage description; if incomplete or inaccurate, or further defects emerge, we reserve the right to adjust price — you will be notified and may withdraw.
If a clear technical error occurs in pricing, we are not obliged to fulfill at that incorrect price (even if acceptance email was sent). In that event, we may rescind the contract.
If price becomes outdated, we will notify you; unless profitably accepted, we are not obliged to contract.
Price changes occurring between your submission and our acceptance do not affect already submitted orders per Article 2.3.
2.7. Can you obtain a text copy of the contract?
A written, signed document is not required. The contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, your order, and our acceptance.
Upon request, we will email the full contract or mail a printed copy (postage may be charged).
2.8. What if something is unclear?
If you have any questions regarding these Terms or the contract, please contact us by phone or email — we’ll be happy to assist.
2.9. In which languages can the contract be concluded?
The contract may be concluded in Czech unless otherwise expressly agreed.
2.10. Is the contract stored anywhere?
We archive the contract electronically (including these Terms). It is not accessible by third parties but will be sent to you upon request.
PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay the price primarily using the following methods:
- Cashless payment in advance by bank transfer to our bank account (payment instructions will be provided in the order confirmation);
- In cash or by payment card upon delivery of goods via cash on delivery;
- Cashless payment in advance via PayPal.
The basic form of payment is cash on delivery. Other payment methods are available upon mutual agreement.
Any additional payment methods are listed on our website.
Some payment methods may be subject to additional charges. These charges are specified on the website. Your order will always include the final price, which incorporates any charges associated with the selected payment method.
3.2. Method of refunding the value of a returnable part
The value of the returnable part will only be refunded via a cashless transfer to your bank account.
3.3. When is the price due?
If goods are delivered by cash on delivery, the price is payable upon receipt of the goods. For cashless payments made in advance, the price is due within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Your payment obligation in the case of a cashless payment is fulfilled once the relevant amount is credited to our bank account.
3.4. In which currency can you pay?
Payment for goods can be made in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR).
- DELIVERY TERMS
4.1. How do we deliver goods?
The available delivery methods are listed on our website. You can select a specific delivery method in your order. If you do not choose a delivery method, we may determine it for you.
4.2. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs always depend on the size and nature of the goods and the carrier’s price list. Current delivery costs are stated on our website.
Your order will always include the final price, which includes the cost of the selected delivery method.
4.3. When will the goods be delivered to you?
The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and the selected payment and delivery methods.
Goods in stock are usually dispatched immediately after the order is received (for cash on delivery) or after the payment is credited to our account (for advance payment).
Goods not in stock will be handed over to the carrier as soon as possible. An estimated dispatch time is stated on the product page on the website. We will inform you of the exact dispatch date.
The delivery time for items in stock is generally 24 hours with express delivery, otherwise 2–3 days.
Please note that we cannot influence delivery times of external carriers. Any complaints regarding delivery times must be addressed directly to the carrier.
Delivery of goods under these terms and conditions means the moment the goods are handed over to you. If you refuse to accept the goods without justification, this shall not be considered a failure on our part to deliver nor a withdrawal from the contract on your part.
4.4. How to proceed upon receipt of the goods?
Upon receiving the goods, check the integrity of the packaging. If you notice any damage, immediately inform both the carrier and us.
If you refuse to accept a parcel with damaged packaging, it will not be considered an unjustified refusal.
By signing the delivery note (or a similar document), you confirm that the parcel’s packaging was intact.
Claims regarding packaging damage are not possible after signing.
Upon acceptance of the goods (or the moment you should have accepted them under the contract), the risk of accidental destruction, damage, or loss of the goods transfers to you.
4.5. What happens if you do not accept the goods?
If, for reasons on your part, repeated or alternative delivery is necessary, you are obliged to bear the costs associated with such delivery.
4.6. If you fail to accept the goods you ordered despite repeated delivery attempts or a commitment to personal collection, we reserve the right to cancel your order (withdraw from the contract) and return the goods to our warehouse.
4.7. We also reserve the right not to make use of the right stated in clause 4.6. In this case, unclaimed goods will be stored at our warehouse, for which we charge a storage fee (“storage charge”) of CZK 35/day, which you are obliged to pay.
4.8. The seller undertakes to inform the buyer that the goods have been stored and of the associated costs.
- PROVISION OF SERVICE REPAIRS
5.1. When will the service be provided?
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. The service will only be provided during this period if you give your explicit consent.
Consent may be given by selecting the appropriate option during ordering. If you consent to the service being provided before the withdrawal period expires, you lose your right to withdraw.
5.2. How can you send a part for repair?
We provide collection of parts for repair throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other selected countries. This service may be subject to a fee according to our price list.
If you prefer to send the part by another method, you may do so.
5.3. How does the repair process work?
Upon receipt of the part, we will inspect it to assess the extent of damage. Based on this, we will determine the repair cost and timeframe.
If these differ from the preliminary details provided in the order, we will inform you immediately.
If you do not agree with any change in the order parameters, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
5.4. How is the repaired part returned?
Once the repair is completed, we will contact you. The part will be sent by the method you selected in the order or another mutually agreed method.
Please note that if the full repair cost is not paid upon completion, we will have a right of retention over the part under § 1395 et seq. of the Civil Code. You will be notified of the retention by email.
We are entitled to reimbursement for costs related to caring for the retained part.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
6.1. How may you withdraw?
From a purchase contract: within 14 days of receiving the goods (or last shipment in case of part deliveries).
From a service contract: within 14 days of contract conclusion per Article 2.3.
Notify us in writing at REMANTE GROUP s.r.o., Na Starém břehu 2756/7, 746 01 Opava, Czech Republic, or via email at info@remante.com. You are not required to justify the withdrawal.
6.2. What are the consequences?
Withdrawal nullifies the contract retroactively, as if never concluded.
6.3. When is withdrawal not possible?
You may not withdraw from contracts:
‑ for services fully performed with your prior explicit consent before the withdrawal period,
‑ for goods customized to you,
‑ for repairs or maintenance performed at your request at your location, per § 1837 of the Civil Code.
6.4. Exceptional withdrawal beyond legal rights
Upon mutual agreement, we may permit withdrawal after the 14-day period or in otherwise non-withdrawable cases. We may charge a reasonable fee for such withdrawal to cover incurred costs. This is goodwill and not your legal entitlement; we reserve the right to refuse.
6.5. How should you return the goods?
Return undamaged, unused goods (if possible in original packaging) within 14 days to REMANTE GROUP s.r.o., Rybníčky 451/451, 747 81 Otice, Czech Republic. Do not use cash-on-delivery.
Include:
‑ copy of delivery note or invoice;
‑ written notice of withdrawal (on our form or otherwise) and your preferred refund method (e.g., bank transfer, cash pickup, postal order), including your delivery address, phone number, and email.
Lack of documentation does not prevent processing of your withdrawal under the law.
6.6. What if the returned goods are damaged?
Use adequate packaging to prevent damage. If significantly damaged due to poor packaging, we will deduct the loss (and any delivery costs) from your refund. We reserve the right to offset damages against your refund.
6.7. What if part of the repair was already performed?
We are entitled to a proportional fee for the performed service.
6.8. When will you receive the refund?
All payments will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal, but not before goods have been returned or proof of return is provided.
You also have the right to shipment refund. However, if you chose a non-cheapest delivery option, we will reimburse the cost of the cheapest option offered.
Refund methods:
‑ via original payment method or by your request;
‑ for VAT-registered customers, only to the bank account published in the VAT records.
If no account is provided within 10 days of withdrawal, we may refund to the account you used. You agree to this method via these Terms, provided no extra charges result.
You bear costs of returning the goods, even if postage-free return isn’t feasible.
6.9. When may we withdraw?
We reserve the right to withdraw if:
‑ a technical error caused an obvious pricing mistake;
‑ goods cannot be delivered under original terms for objective reasons (e.g., delisting, supplier discontinuation);
‑ performance becomes impossible or unlawful.
We will notify you promptly; withdrawal is effective upon delivery of the notice.
Already paid amounts will be refunded within five days to the account provided or from which payment was made.
7. RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
Your rights are governed by the applicable statutory provisions (§ 1914–1925, § 2099–2117, § 2158–2174 of the Civil Code).
Claims will be handled per our Complaints Procedure — please review it before submission for efficient resolution.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. What authorizations do we hold and who supervises us?
We are authorized to sell goods and provide services under our trade license. No other permits are required.
Operating oversight is conducted by the relevant Trade Office. Product technical and safety compliance, along with consumer protection, is overseen by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). Consumer rights are also safeguarded by consumer associations and other bodies.
8.2. How are complaints handled?
Send any complaints to our contact email. You may also approach authorities listed in 8.1. We are not bound by any external codes of conduct.
8.3. What else should you know?
The contract is concluded by distance means (e.g., internet). You cover your own communication costs (internet, calls) at normal rates.
Unless agreed otherwise, all correspondence is in writing—via email, registered mail, or personal delivery—to your stated email address.
Pursuant to § 42(5) of Act No. 235/2004 on VAT, signed/stamped corrective tax documents are no longer required from you. Instead, corrective VAT documents will be sent by email to your registered address, fulfilling our obligation—no further paper document submission is necessary.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by one closest in meaning; the remainder remain unaffected. Amendments require written form.
8.4. Governing law
All legal relations between buyer and seller are governed by Czech law, which applies per Article 6(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I).
These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 23 June 2025.
